Bummer

The air is still for now and the sun is starting to peak out from behind its cloudy wall. The snow is resting gently on the ground, over the thick, heavy layer that was put down just a few days before. It's type of snow that almost blinds you because of its reflective nature, a kind of glitter from God. And yet, amidst all of that winter precipitation, I am sitting here in my classroom. No snow day today, despite fervent prayers from students and teachers alike. Bummer!
